Refunds and Return Policy

Most products purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the shipment date. Only things that were damaged or faulty can be returned. Though, we will not be liable for the damages caused by shipping.

Products that are ill-fit are not returnable. Please inform us through email the size, color, etc before purchasing the products.

Please Note

  • Return Order Status: The product returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags fastened, and in its original packaging. Return merchandise with any sign of being worn is labeled as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
  • Items Not Returnable: For hygiene purposes, we do not accept exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-string, thongs, or similar intimate products.
  • Shipping Charges for Return Items: Buyers are liable for the shipping charges of the returned products and they should take up the insurance on their own.
  • Shipping Option or Return Items: When mailing a return or exchange it is recommended that you use a parcel service such as EMS or DHL that allows a tracking system. If you do not utilize a courier that offers a way to track the package or allows a return receipt request, our company cannot be held accountable for non-receipt of return goods.
  • Shipping Duration for Return Products: Return items must be accepted within 14 days of the Return Authorization (RA) number being issued. Products received after 14 days will be listed as unacceptable and not refunded.
  • Credits: Credits will be distributed within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please enter your order date and order number to facilitate the processing of your credit.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

How To Return/Exchange An Item

  1. If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at support@shapeangels.comwithin 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
  2. You will obtain a questionnaire for this matter via reply email. Send back with your results filled in the questionnaire.
  3. You will be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number via reply email if the return is considered acceptable. Returns will not be admitted without a valid RA.
  4. Use the original shipping box and packing materials if feasible and simply remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and added in the package with your returned commodities, together with the return receipt that confirms the date of your receipt of the order.
  5. Drop off your package at your return courier’s location or schedule a home pickup. Be certain to have a copy of your tracking information for your records.
  6. Acknowledge up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at to follow up on your request.
  7. Credit or replacement product will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.


Shipping custom fee for Return Items: Customers are accountable for the customs fee of the returned items which will occur when returned items reach the origin custom.
